93 Second street is one of Collingwood’s oldest homes built in the Victorian Style between 1860 and 1865 by Hall and Mary Telfer. The Telfers were immigrants from a town called Armadale on the Isle of Skye on the west coast of Scotland. The Family founded the Telfer Biscuit Company in 1856 on Hurontario Street. This was Collingwood’s first family owned business which was subsequently run by their 2 sons James and Herbert. The sons went on to establish the company as a competitor to Christies biscuit company in Toronto

Summary: Have stayed her a few times. Just love the space. It's clean and comfortable with a good kitchen and supplies, etc. I especially like the location--close to downtown but not too close. Highly recommended.
